UNIT 52 — Office Building

Unit 52 is a seven-story office building in Tbilisi, Georgia, developed on a site of approximately 650 m². The program includes five office floors, each containing two independent office units, as well as a dedicated lobby and café floor and a parking and service level.
The architectural concept is based on principles of green and sustainable design, with a strong emphasis on creating healthy, comfortable, and efficient working environments. The office floors combine open workspaces, private management rooms, meeting areas, lounge zones, and terraces to support both focused work and social interaction.
The lobby and café are designed as the social heart of the building, providing spaces for gathering, informal meetings, and relaxation. Green elements are integrated throughout the project to strengthen the connection with nature and enhance the overall spatial experience.
Through clear circulation, flexible planning, natural elements, and a human-centered approach, Unit 52 creates a contemporary workplace defined by sustainability, functionality, and a balanced relationship between work and well-being.
Awards & Recognition
Second Place — 13th Best Design Engineering Festival
Unit 52 was awarded Second Place in the Modern Architectural Design category at the 13th Best Design Engineering Festival. The recognition was granted by the festival’s jury in acknowledgment of the project's architectural concept, design approach, and contribution to contemporary architectural design.
