01 — CONCEPT & SPATIAL NARRATIVE
HIVA Advertising Agency – Executive Office
The executive office of HIVA Advertising Agency was conceived as an independent space dedicated to management, the secretary, and private client meetings. While the agency’s main creative team and everyday workflow were located in the opposite unit, this 110-square-meter space was designed to represent a more exclusive and refined side of the brand—a place where selected clients could be welcomed into a distinctive and memorable environment.
Openness became one of the main principles of the design. Rather than dividing the office into a sequence of enclosed rooms, the layout was developed to maintain visual continuity, generous proportions, and a strong sense of spatial freedom. The management area, reception zone, meeting space, and informal seating areas are therefore connected through a fluid spatial composition, creating an atmosphere that feels professional and prestigious without becoming formal or restrictive.
02 — DESIGN, MATERIALS & DETAILS
The material palette was developed around a restrained interpretation of contemporary luxury. Black marble introduces depth and visual weight, while dark metal accents create sharper architectural lines and reinforce the sophisticated character of the interior. The fireplace was incorporated as a focal element within the space, adding warmth and creating a more intimate atmosphere for meetings and conversations with clients.
Subtle wall mouldings and carefully controlled architectural detailing were used to soften the otherwise minimal composition and give the interior an additional layer of refinement. Instead of relying on excessive decoration, luxury is expressed through proportion, material contrast, openness, and precise detailing. The result is an executive workspace that combines the clarity of modern design with a more timeless and elegant character—reflecting the identity of HIVA through both functionality and atmosphere.
