Osmani Optic

A Space Designed for Display, Experience, and Identity

The design of Osmani Optic began with the clients’ vision: a luxurious, golden, and distinctive space with a strong visual identity and a character of its own.

Given the nature of the project, the eyewear was not treated simply as a product to be displayed. It became an integral part of the interior design. The display vitrines were therefore arranged around the perimeter of the store, combining glass, golden elements, and acrylic panels to create a refined setting for showcasing the eyewear.

At the center of the space, a suspended display table was designed to hang from the ceiling. A combination of golden metal and glass, it was created specifically to present the brand’s new collections. A natural plant emerging from the center introduces an unexpected contrast between the hard, reflective materials and the softness of nature, giving the central element a distinctive character.

Inside the store, the gypsum-board walls extend seamlessly toward the ceiling, becoming both functional display surfaces and part of the architectural language of the space. Curved mirrors were positioned throughout the interior to provide a practical space for trying on eyewear while creating multiple reflections and a greater sense of depth.

One of the key design decisions was to create a balance between matte surfaces and glossy details. The main walls and wooden elements were finished in matte textures, creating a calm and controlled background. In contrast, the golden decorative elements were finished with a glossy surface, allowing them to catch and reflect light while reinforcing the sense of luxury.

Ultimately, our intention was not to define luxury simply through expensive materials, but through the relationship between proportion, reflection, light, form, and detail.

Osmani Optic is the result of transforming an eyewear store into an immersive spatial experience—where product, architecture, and customer experience come together, and where the eyewear becomes not only something to be displayed, but an integral part of the interior identity.
